Business Excellence Council

The Business Excellence Council consists of the members of the Business Strategy Team and certain key officers appointed by the Management Board. The task of the Business Excellence Council is to ensure that business issues and practices are shared across Novaled and to implement common policies in the frame of Novaled commitment towards EFQM.
