In his capacity of the Federal Government Comissioner for the New Federal States he made a tour lasting several days through the New Federal States to get to know some of the fastest growing German mid size companies.

Handelsblatt and Wirtschaftswoche, primary economical news magazines, reported in October 2008 on future world champions amongst small and mid size German companies. (http://www.handelsblatt.com/homepage/weltmeister/).
Minister Tiefensee was accompanied by journalists from Handelsblatt, FAZ, Spiegel Online, MDR and Sächsiche Zeitung.
During an introductive presentation, a tour through the facilities and a discussion round the minister and the journalists got an insight in the business of Novaled.
